Unified Flex presents Vacuum Seal Bagger

The Vacuum Seal Bagger is a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine designed for vacuum packaging in pillow bags. Before the bag is sealed horizontally, vacuum is drawn inside the bag. This allows the product to stay fresh longer. Processing time is much faster than conventional vacuum packaging machines. Much higher efficiency as the product is dropped by gravity from a weigh filler. There are significant cost-savings with this machine as bags are formed while they are being packed. The Vacuum Seal Bagger can pack bags from 3” wide to 10.25” wide, and is ideal for packaging products like dates, meat, poultry, frozen foods and more.   See all markets.

Our application was unique and challenging because it required equipment that could produce a special shaped pouch. Filling the pouches also produced challenges because of the viscosity of our product.
