Unified Flex presents Multilane Stickpack machine – With Piston Filler

The Multilane Stickpack is a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine designed for stick packs for liquid products. It can handle free flowing and viscous products. Stick packs are shaped like a pillow bag with a top, bottom and back seal. This machine is ideal for low to medium production volumes. It can pack sticks from 0.7” wide to 1.2 inch-wide. With a web width of 11 inches, up to 6 lanes can be packed simultaneously on this machine. The Multilane Stickpack machine can achieve speeds of 180 sticks per minute with a 6-lane setup, and is ideal for packaging liquid products like syrups, ketchups, chocolate syrup, condiments and similar products.
