The Vertobagger Tomcat is a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine designed for 24-hour production capability. It has a compact, flexible, functional and simple design. This machine is easy to setup and maintain and it can pack bags from 1.5” wide to 7.87″ wide. Our application was unique and challenging because it required equipment that could produce a special shaped pouch. Filling the pouches also produced challenges because of the viscosity of our product. In June 2016 Unified Flex provided us with a customized turnkey system and high-quality packaging film that fit our application perfectly.
