Unified Flex presents Single Head Linear Scale.

The semi-automatic Single Head Linear Scale is a table top weighing scale for low production volumes. It can weigh products from 20 gm to 1 kg. Customized funnels for direct measurement can be attached to this scale which allows the products to go directly from the scale into the bag or container.

The biggest advantage this scale has to offer is the ability to weigh both fine granular and non-granular solid products with great precision and speed. It utilizes a bulk feed mechanism which weighs up to 80% of the target weight quickly and then 15 % of the target weight is achieved by dribble feed and 5% of the target weight is achieved with fine dribble feeding. This ensures extreme accuracy in weight. The flexibility this scale offers, makes it a true winner in today’s packaging world.

The automatic Double Head Linear Scale is a table top weighing scale for low to medium production volumes. It can weigh products from 50 grams to 2 kg., and can achieve speeds of up to 30 cycles per minute. Customized funnels for direct measurement can be attached to this scale which allows the products to go directly from the scale into the bag or container. This scale can be used either with a foot pedal or with a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine. Weighing hoppers can be used independently or in combination for the final weight.
