Unified Flex presents AF-100 Auger Filler
The AF-100 Auger Filler is a versatile, low-cost, semi-automatic auger filler equipment for consistent materials in powder form. This volumetric filling machine is also used with our VertoBagger Series bagging machines. It features a direct-driven servo motor for those applications that demand speed and accuracy. Independent agitation blade keeps the product in same consistency as its processed through the filler.
The precision of the AF-100 Auger Filler’s stopping position and the ability to key in motor acceleration, deceleration, rotational speed and the exact number of revolutions via the touch-screen control panel, make the AF-100 Auger Filler truly a top-specification filler.
The AF-100 Auger Filler is ideal for free-flowing powdery products, such as milk powder, flour, grounded spices, ground coffee, nutraceuticals and other industrial powders.

Unified Flex presents Volumetric Cup Filler
The Volumetric Cup Filler is an excellent option for dry easy flowing grains, seeds and processed products. This rotary cup filler uses a variable speed motor to receive granular products in adjustable food grade plastic cups and dispense the products to a bagging/jar filling system. Cups of various sizes can be changed swiftly for alternative product processing. The Volumetric Cup Filler works as a standalone machine however easy integration with bagging machines and conveyors provides unlimited packaging options.

Unified Flex presents Liquid Fillers
Unified Flex offers volumetric piston fillers and high-speed pumps for both free flowing liquids and viscous liquids. The Piston Filler is an excellent option for free-flowing liquids and paste like products. Piston fillers can be used for low speed applications where as pumps are required for high speed applications of both free flowing and viscous products. Our piston fillers come in single head and double head configurations. Higher cycle times can be achieved with double head piston fillers. Free flowing piston fillers can draw product from bulk storage tanks. For viscous products a storage hopper is mounted on the filler to meter the products more accurately. Our piston fillers come with a wide variety of options and configurations. The main driving component of the piston filler can be a pneumatic cylinder or a Servo motor. Free flowing piston fillers can be used for products like water, juices, sauces, oils and similar products. Viscous fillers can be used for products which are not easy to flow like peanut butter, mayo, creams, ointments and similar.
We offer piston fillers in 3 main maximum dosing volumes 250ml, 500 ml. and 1000 ml.
For high speed filling applications continuous or intermittent pumps are used. Up to 10 liters of product can be easily dispensed from in a short time. CIP systems (Clean in Place) can be installed on the high-speed filling systems for quick product change over and hygiene maintenance. We offer filling systems that can handle hot fill, low acid aseptic, high acid aseptic and similar applications.
