UNIFIED FLEX PRESENTS PREFORMED POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE - DOY ROTARY
Mid level Preformed pouch packaging machine designed for small to medium size preformed pouches. It can pack DOY stand up pouches with zipper, Pillow bags, 4 Side Seal Pouches. It has precise bag placement and pickup. Doy Rotary has 8 stations to index the bag through various stages of opening the bag, filling the bag, settling the product inside the bag, sealing the bag and dispensing the bag out of the machine. Doy Rotary comes in 2 sizes. First size can pack preformed bags up to 8 inches wide and the second size can package preformed bags up to 13 inches wide. This machine can achieve speeds of up to 40 bags per minute. Doy Rotary can be used with Multihead Scale, Auger Fillers and Liquid pump fillers.
