UNIFIED FLEX PRESENTS PREFORMED POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE - DOY ULTRA

The Doy Ultra is a preformed pouch packaging machine designed for quick bag size change overs. This is a servo-controlled machine which requires minimal mechanical adjustments to change bag size. This machine can achieve speeds of up to 20 bags per minute. The Doy Ultra can pack DOY stand up pouches with zipper, Box Pouches, 4 Side Seal Pouches and 3 Side seal pouches. A convenient belt-driven pouch loading area allows for a rotary arm pickup of pouches. Doy Ultra has 2 main stations, first station opens and fills the bag and the second station seals the bag. Doy Ultra can handle bags from 8“ to 14” wide. A wide range of optional features are available for this machine to work with snack food, produce, liquids, coffee and more. See all markets.
