Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical Assembly of new equipment

  • Test manufactured equipment to ensure it meets customer requirements

  • Perform quality check on equipment being manufactured

  • Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions

  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools

  • Verify specifications by measuring completed components

  • Apply a systematic approach to test and troubleshoot the equipment by utilizing problem solving skills and root cause analysis

  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources

  • Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues that may arise on the equipment due to shipping/other factors

  • Troubleshoot noncompatible parts and send them back for engineering change

  • Run wires for motors, sensors, and other devices to the control panel

  • Hook up pneumatic devices and run air lines through the machine

  • Clean and prepare machines for shipping

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures

  • Ensure all equipment is delivered to the highest level of quality

  • Assist in uninstall and crating of machines

  • Provide guidance and training for new apprentices

  • Assisting other Assemblers if needed

  • Other duties as assigned



Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with sensors, switches, servo motors, pneumatic components

  • Knowledge of AC/DC gear motor, Contactors, Heaters, safety switches

  • Must have experience in machine rigging

  • Able to read mechanical drawings

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience assembling machines


  • High School or College diploma in the related fields

Interpersonal skills:

  • Ability to read directions, job orders, blueprints, and specifications

  • Passion about prototyping and machine building

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to solve problems in a professional manner

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Have great commination skills (Verbal and Written)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sequences, tooling arrangement and settings, speeds, and feeds in accordance with materials to be machined, type of machine and capacities

  • Plan, organize, and formulate programs for CNC vertical machining centers using SolidCam

  • Plan machining tasks by studying work orders

  • Proficient with different technical software for 2D/3D modeling, shape, and design

  • Observe machine prove-out to check the accuracy of the program

  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance

  • Ability to read engineering drawings, processes, procedures, and follow written instructions

  • Ability to think rationally and logically to overcome any arising problems

  • Assist with machine testing with respect to application usage of the machine

  • Capable of building complex tooling and fixtures as necessary to support machining requirements

  • Determine fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to the machine prior to beginning cutting

  • Discuss project specifications with engineers and supervisors to guarantee consistency between plans and products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible

  • Oversee cutting process, adjust throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen, and take necessary measures to eliminate errors

  • Review and interpret cutting plan

  • Understand and meet/exceed production and quality standards

  • Work alongside the other machinists to maintain the machine tools and equipment in a peak condition

  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations to avoid accidents/injuries

  • Guiding apprentices or new employees, if necessary

  • Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work

  • Be punctual and professional at the workplace


  • Degree or Diploma in the related field

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience setting up and operating CNC

  • Critical -thinking and decision-making skills

  • Expertise in math and computer applications

  • Knowledge of technical machinery

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge in the safe use of hand and shop tools, forklift operations, personal safety equipment, etc.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, pneumatic systems, etc.

  • Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures

  • Take lead in the installation and set up of flexographic equipment and other converting equipment

  • Set up jobs at each changeover for the operators on flexographic printing press, pouch converting machines, and various other equipment

  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities

  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

  • Must be able to troubleshoot CNC and PLC related equipment

  • Assemble machinery and equipment using hand and power tools

  • RIG machinery move internally within a plant

  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery and workplace daily

  • Perform preventive maintenance to a building and equipment, as required

  • Must be able to operate all machine shop equipment efficiently

  • Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances

  • Keep detailed and precise maintenance reports and documentation

  • Perform other related duties as assigned



  • Minimum high school diploma or college diploma in a related filled (preferred)

  • Must have Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certificate or working toward it

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must have self-starting and go-get-it attitude

  • Must be hardworking and reliable candidate

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work on a tight timeline

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work independently without supervision

  • Self-disciplined and self-motivates

  • Organized and able to work under pressure
